Delivery and ordering
Order directly with Smalt Baby Shop by WhatsApp or phone. We confirm your items and delivery details with you before purchase.
How do I place an order?
- Browse our product catalogue and choose your items.
- Send the product names or links on WhatsApp, or call 0704613490.
- Confirm sizes, colours, pack contents, availability, prices and your delivery destination.
- Agree the payment and collection or delivery arrangements with the shop.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery is available to Nanyuki, Nyeri, Chaka, Naro Moru, Timau, Isiolo, Nyahururu, Meru, Karatina, Rumuruti and nearby places. Contact us with your exact location to confirm the arrangements. Our physical shop is in Nanyuki.
How much is delivery?
The delivery fee is KSh100 to KSh300 and is communicated during purchase. Confirm the total for your location before paying.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is within a day. We will confirm the arrangements for your order when you contact us.
How can I pay?
We accept M Pesa, cash and bank payments. Payment details are confirmed directly with the shop. There is no online checkout on this website.
Can I collect from the shop?
Yes. Visit Maziwa House, Soko Mjinga, Nanyuki, Monday to Saturday from 8am to 7pm. We are closed on Sunday.
What if a product has no listed price?
Items marked “Contact us for price” need a current quote. Contact us before ordering.
What about returns and exchanges?
